VA for Cold Outreach, Appt Settting, Sales for Marketing Agency

We are looking for a VA to assist in Sales, Cold Outreach, Follow Up & Appointment Setting for our digital marketing agency focused on real estate brokerages and agents in the US. This position would begin in a limited capacity with the early potential of growing into a full-time position for someone who is ambitious and successful at the role.

The right candidate should have great English speaking and writing skills, willingness to learn, a great attitude, drive for achievement and attention to ---------- is preferred that they have solid experience in cold outreach (email, calling, FB, IG, Linked-in), appointment setting, sms/email follow up, and sales. The person should be able to use Highlevel, Slack, Asana, & other necessary tools with preference with those who know HighLevel really well.

Tasks may include:
- Appointment Setting with cold outreach & FB ad leads
- Highlevel contact & pipeline management
- Auto-dialer calling via Highlevel
- Cold Email "First Line" research & writing
- Lemlist Cold Email management
- Facebook ---------- & messaging
- Facebook group posting & follow-up
- Linked-in Connections & messaging
- Instagram DM outreach
- Lead scraping (with tools like D7leadfinder)
- Potential for Discovery Call & Demo Call handling
- Potential for growth in leading a sales team

Although we will begin this position with 5-10hrs of weekly work, it can quickly grow into a more involved position. There is even potential of shifting to a commission-based structure with higher earning potential if it makes sense for the team & level of success. Starting at $3/hr with potential for increases based on performance.
