To research and rewrite short articles and lay them out on a newsletters weekly that will be printed.

The key skills required are excellent written english, reliability and consistency.

A journalistic or blogging background would be useful but not neccesary.

The ability to layout articles and adverts so that they combine well and are easy to consume

Some graphic design skills would be useful though not vital.
