Real Estate Investment Company Seeking a Purchase Manager for a LONG TERM position

Access Capital Investments, LLC is continuing to expand it’s operations in New Jersey and other parts of the country and we are seeking a qualified candidate to act as our purchase manager. The purchase manager's duties will be revolved around speaking directly with clients who have expressed interest to us in selling their home, making and negotiating offers to purchase homes, reviewing home values and making educated decisions on what or what not to purchase a home for.

The position includes but not limited to:

* Making outbound calls to homeowners who have expressed a desire to sell their house (NO cold calling)
* Going through a specific script designed to determine motivation and buy the property at the lowest price possible
* Reviewing property valuations to determine what a great offer can be
* Negotiating directly with home seller’s
* Generating and Presenting Offers to home sellers
* Following up regularly on all offers made
* Continuous and daily real estate education is a MUST

A qualified candidate will possess the following qualities:

* Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
* Self-Motivated individual with a love for sales and negotiation
* Fearless on the phone and loves talking to and getting to know new people everyday
* Positive, energetic, enthusiastic!
* Great rapport builder (people generally like and trust you)
* Can think outside the box
* Empathetic towards others concerns, always does the right thing to help people weather it benefits you or not
* A strong desire to learn and become self-educated in sales, negotiation, and creative Real Estate Investing. Continuous Education is a MUST!
* A basic understanding of US real estate
* Quiet Work Space with Noise Canceling Headset and ZERO distractions during the hours of 9AM - 5pm EST
* Able to work Full Time between the hours of 9am EST - 5pm EST.
* A team player able to work well with others within the organization.
