Customer service rep for our online store. to handle:

Incoming calls for questions about a product or help to place order
Chat conversations
Creating return labels for customers
Refunding orders after delivered
Answer emails inquiries

It will be during EST time. 8:00am to 5:00pm. ( This can be adjusted based on request )
