JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive Sales Assistant to secure business objectives in our strategic growth and business plan. You will help develop high potential business partnerships, to meet the needs of our clients and build a sustainable network for our organisation. You will liaise and negotiate with our partners to gain the necessary resources for our programmes in order to contribute to funding needs and successful growth.

MAIN ASSIGNMENT
(1) Business Partnerships management
(2) Research and Growth strategy
- Managing administrative tasks for all our internal and external commercial stakeholders, being the key informant and liaison for GS
- Responsible for communication between commercial partners by reporting our progress and presenting with Sales Manager during meetings.
- Researching potential partnerships and commercial opportunities for long-term growth
- Research and identify relevant funding sources to apply to
- Draft funding applications and performance reports; Conduct market research, including social media
- Maintain filing systems, both manual and electronic as appropriate; Assist with maintaining the fundraising database, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the records.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Any previous experience in sales, business development, communications, or fundraising

Essential Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work well within teams.
- Commercial and sales approach as a way of thinking.
- Good knowledge in building client relationship
- An early adopter in terms of change, who acts as a change-driver.
