Cold caller

We are looking for an enthusiastic cold caller to generate leads for a real estate investment company in the United States. We want a team player that is looking for a stable, long term, full time (40 hrs/week) position.

The ideal candidate must be friendly, also patient and cool-tempered to deal with sometimes cranky homeowners.
The goal is to find homeowners that would be interested in selling their houses to us for cash. You will typically have a short conversation with a potential seller and if they’re interested, you transfer the call to our Florida based Lead Manager.

Responsibilities
• Use call scripts to speak to potential sellers.
• Gauge homeowners interest in selling their house.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet and surpass KPIs.
• Update records, disposition phone number and seller records.

Requirements
• Proficient in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work between 10AM – 7PM EST.
• Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
• PC/Mac or Laptop with minimum Processor Core i3 and 8GB RAM
• USB headset
• At least 10 mbps download stable internet connection (line not prepaid)
