Business developer to bid on Wordpress, softwares project

I'm looking for someone who can help me in business development and bid on my behalf to clients on a popular freelance marketplace named Upwork. You have to bid on WordPress, websites, web applications, integrations, automation-related projects. I'll guide you about our work process. However, the person applying for the position should have a tech background, should have working experience on websites, and know the new trends in the market, should have problem-solving skills and willing to google things and check client requirements properly to write proposal with good English.

If you have experience working on Upwork then it's a plus.

I prefer to work on the commission-based model so if you pitch a client and we get a project then you will take 15% from the project price.
