Lead generation expert VA to get new leads for Mortgage broker

I am looking for a VA who is an expert in lead generation whether via cold calling, telemarketing, social media marketing lead generations, internet marketing etc. to create me new leads to find customers who are looking to refinance their existing loan to find a better deal or someone who is looking to buy a new property or getting a new loan.

I would like someone who is already has experienced in the field. I have no time to train from scratch.
Practical instructions will be given for sure.

I need someone who can deliver the leads that I want and I am prepared to give good pay and keep you for longer term.
