Customer Support Representative

Hi!

Looking for a virtual assistant for our online business. Your primary job will be emailing and live chat in the beginning, and then phone calls in the near future
.

Main Tasks Would Include
--Answering customers emails in a timely manner
--Sending Backorder Emails to customers that need it
--Fulfilling orders with suppliers
--Using shopify "tags" to keep track of customers orders
--Sending out tracking information once items ship
-- Reading confirmation emails from suppliers and making sure that it matches their order
--Answering emails and live chats that come through

Must
-- Have experience with Shopify (LET ME KNOW IF YOU DON'T, not a huge deal)
-- Have experience with customer service
-- Be a DRIVEN & HARDWORKING individual willing to work with a team that wants to grow
--Have good internet connection that doesn't disconnect often
