As a WordPress Developer at our company, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins for our different business units

WordPress Developer duties:
1. Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
2. Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
3. Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
4. Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
5. Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
6. Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
7. Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
8. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
9. Strong understanding of PHP back-end development

This role will be on part-time basis so we expect the candidate to be:
1. Comfortable working with us in PST/EST time zones
2. A Team-Player
3. Committed and has a genuine interest to grow with us
4. While employed, since this role required someone to be keen to details, we expect you to dedicate your hours with us within the hours you are paid - meaning you don't do any other Full-Time/Part-Time/Project-Based job or roles while you are rendering your hours for us.
