The Content and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Writer is responsible for working independently to research assigned topics, SOPs, and procedures that need content created. Additionally, the writer will consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to prepare new or consider changes to existing content, SOPs, and Work Instructions as part of an overall document harmonization and integration project. Over time you should be able to suggest FAQs, SOPs, Blogs, Newsletters, and other written solutions that add value to the user base.

The Content and SOP Writer is responsible for implementing the document workflow process as a formal written procedure.

Our SOPBox software built into ---------- will provide the structure and cloud-based resource to create and deploy the SOPs - you must be comfortable with working in browser based software applications.

The SOP Writer is also responsible for supporting the development and revision of procedures by applying document standards, criteria and adhering to timelines.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

1. Supports the full procedure lifecycle for Policies, SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs) and Forms by serving as an SOP Writer.
2. This is dynamic and changing in a fast-paced start-up world so be ready to go in warp speed and learn along the way!
3. ?Works with organization leader and SMEs on to implement agreed-upon procedures development applying appropriate document standards and criteria, ensuring terminology consistency across documents. You should be able to evolve to a level of finding opportunities and FAQs that need SOP ---------- clude the code QUILL in the cover letter of your formal application herein.

- Collects input from stakeholders & consolidates comments, resolving conflicts collaboratively
- Translates and creates process maps or other process representations and applies them to Blogs and SOP procedures wording and implementation
- Contributes to the development and maintenance of up-to-date SOP procedures so that the process is used and consistently applied by all SOP Writers
- Maintains project tracking and timelines, as assigned in our ERP system
- Performs other duties, as assigned
- Displays the ability to manage and exceed customer expectations
- Create/Write Blog Articles for all Business units
- Demonstrates proactive thinking and actions
-Familiar with cross-functional customer service techniques
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
 
Qualifications:
1. Possesses a solid understanding of document standards, criteria and conventions.
2. Experience working in a system for collaborative document development.
3. Process mapping understanding and experience, a plus.
4. Technical writing certification a plus.
5. Excellent English - both written and spoken is required.
6. Good Team Player
7. Well-versed with English, both written and spoken
8. Can work in PST/EST timezones (Mondays-Fridays) as you may need to overlap and meet the Operations and Project Manager during these times.
