Customer Service Assistant - Start ASAP

Position Title: Customer Service Assistant
Employment Type: Part-time
Salary: $3/hour

Medical supplies company in the US. We are growing our team and we're in need of a Customer Service Assistant.

This role is important for the growth of the company as you will be the front-liners or voice of the company. You will be answering inquiries, emails, concerns, etc. of clients or customers.

Job Requirements:
- We need someone who can work Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day or more if able to do other tasks
- Shift starts at 9AM - 1PM (EST)
- E-commerce experience is a plus
- Knowledge in Zendesk is also a plus
- Needs someone with a neutral accent
- Must have good communication skills
-Experience with Canva is a plus and increase working time
