HR Specialist

We are currently looking for an HR Specialist who will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews and learning and development.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience as an HR specialist, or other roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.

Responsibilities:

-Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, Interviewing applicants and maintaining a smooth onboarding process
-Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
-Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
-Carrying out necessary administrative duties
-Addressing any employment relations issues
-Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
-Establish the employees and contractors the strengthens the company


Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent
-Experience in human resources or related field
-Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
-Experience in educating and coaching staff
-Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
-Competency in Microsoft and Google applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Ability to work on graveyard shift 9 AM - 3 PM PST(LATime) and can start IMMEDIATELY
-At least 6 months working remotely
-Has Back up Internet
