Amazon FBA Logistics Manager

Hello! We are an Amazon FBA business based in the US, and we are growing very fast. Right now we are looking for an experienced Logistics manager that is looking to find a job long-term and grow with us. Please only apply if you have experience managing a seasoned account. We are looking to grow to 30-40 products within the next few months.

We want someone that is VERY organized, detailed, and very good with numbers. You will be forecasting sales and forecasting orders. Upkeep our inventory, cash flow, expense forecast and management, expense + cog management, communicate with suppliers, freight agents, photographers. FBM management.



The job will entail:
- someone to handle FBM orders
- ship labels
- giving customers tracking numbers
- keep track of inventory at AHUB + our inventory level on seller central
- coordinate and keep track of returns and restocks
- reimbursing customers
- customer service
- someone to organize all of my files and keep the files updated for me
- Keep shipments up to date with costs and dates
- keep track of trending costs
- Keep POs up to date with costs and dates
- keep track of trending costs
- keep cogs up to date on s/r
- Keep profit sheet up to date
- someone to communicate with (LOGISTICS) suppliers + freight forwarder + 3pl + photographer
- figure out best solution for shipping
- figure out best strategy for productions
- keep track of inventory management, inventory limit and sales forecasting
- Optimize based on current and sales history
- optimizing sales and profit
- optimizing prices
- raise price
- lower price
- seasonality
- run sales / coupons
- forecast + keep track of our cashflow


We are looking for someone for full-time work.
We will start part-time with a trial period
And if everything goes well, we can transition to full-time
We will offer bonuses based on performance!
