-Answering incoming calls regarding any questions and document and route to the appropriate person as needed.
- Scheduling per diem applicants for shifts and reviewing open Shifts in Paycom.
- Corresponding and coordinating available shifts with per diem employees and facilities
- Updating Mail Chimp/Teams and sending out company-wide messages, notifications of open shifts
(Due to call-outs/cancellations)
- Handling employee cancellations by staff or facility -contacting the Facility's point of contact.

- Generate weekly reports of applicant inquires – trend sources where applicants are
being referred
- Review website online fromm database for applicant’s information and send follow-up
email
- Send out weekly
timecards in Paycom.
- Maintaining and updating quarterly newsletter and recruiting flyers and marketing
materials
