Video Editor-Instagram and Tiktok

Hi, I'm looking to hire a full time video editor to repurpose video that I currently have from YouTube or that I can drop into a google drive and make short (30 second to 1 minute) clips for Instagram posts or Reels. For an example of the type of videos I am looking for here is my Instagram and ---------- have many YouTube videos on my ---------- Chiropractic that I would also like to repurpose. Here is one example of a video that I like and would be looking for.
