We are seeking excellent service oriented Customer Success Specialist with customer service experience and vendor management experience.
We currently employ over 30+ PH employees and have an extremely collaborative, team based environment.
Work is 9-6 or 12-9 EST and work can be 40-60+ hours per week.

We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate tea
The primary role is to assist in order follow up and make sure our design savvy customers love every step of the purchasing, installation, and ultimately the enjoyment of their KKH product.
You Will:
Support Orders team ensuring efficient acknowledgment, processing, and invoicing process
Nurture a design sale cycle through consistent and responsible follow up.
Maintaining composure and positive service etiquette during stressful situations
Resolve client needs quickly and effectively while driving retention and loyalty
Must be able to work weekends and possible evenings. Potential work week could be Wednesday - Sunday. 12-9 PM PST with holiday hours as well.
You Have:
*3+ Years in Customer Success / Sales / Service industry
*A passion for the home furnishings / interior design space and ensuring an outstanding customer experience
*A keen understanding of customer behavior and psychology, possessing deep empathy and high EQ
*Be courteous, professional and demonstrate an elevated style sensibility in design.
*Be extremely organized and able to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment juggling multiple tasks
*Excellent people management skills, including the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally
*Excellent team player while being able to still work independently without distraction
