Magento / PHP / HTML / Javascript

Looking for coder who can fill any or all of these jobs:

- code in Magento (ideally with experience making extensions, definitely with Module creation),
- PHP,
- javascript (ideally jquery)

and can work with (specifically updating from old versions, fixing broken bits, creating new design):
- Wordpress
- Joomla

also someone who can:
- write english well and creatively (eg. if I give you the name of a product, or just a photo, I'd need a 50 word well-written description of it, including good seo words and phrases).
- understand google adwords (eg. I'll ask to setup ads for a range of products, ie. one ad campaign per product)
- understand seo,as far as finding good linking spots and using them
