Lead qualifier/ Appointment setter/ Real Estate Virtual Assistant
This is for a full-time position and long term career!
Someone who is skilled to establish connection & conversations with a possible buyer or seller. He/she will be provided with a script to qualify lead interest, property details and availability for a call back.
Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)
-Prospect buyer or seller by call, text and
-Respond to inbound leads from all lead sources
-Schedule appointments at least 6 motivated sellers/buyers per week.
-Input/manage client & lead databases
-Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set
-Follow Client's criteria and requirements
What we need:
-Excellent English Communication Skills
-At least 2 years of phone sales experience (minimum 6 months outbound sales)
-At least 6 months Real Estate knowledge and experience is required.
