Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant - Exciting, dynamic position for highly qualified candidates.



Work Time Zone
-Able to start immediately.
* Able to work during 10am to 6pm - Monday to Sat
* Someone who has a minimum internet speed is at least 20mbps.

Just simple bullet points under each item below: at the end of the day:
- What I had planned to do today and did
- What I had planned to do today and didn’t do (specific issues would come up here)
- What I plan to do tomorrow
- Upcoming items over the next week and weeks
- Any other issues/thoughts for improvement/training needed


Communication via Zoom video calls:
- A minimum of 2 times per week

Task Management will be done with our own proprietary software and we utilize Google Docs to store documents.


- Social Media Engagement (Some of the platforms include but not limited to: BeeKonnected, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Alignable, Twitter, Pinterest)
- Client Relations (engage with prospects and assist with the onboarding of clients)
- Promote events and workshops
- Research and content creation
- Grow the Marketing Database
