Full Stack Mobile Developer

We are looking for a highly capable React/React Native and Node.js developer to develop and maintain our application in conjunction with our CTO. You will be collaborating with our CTO to design front-end components that are beautiful on both mobile and desktop and a back-end that is secure and performant.

To ensure success as a full stack developer on our team, you should possess extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and front-end frameworks such as Flexbox, React, React Native, and Node.js and experience in a similar role. An accomplished React/React Native developer will be someone whose expertise results in a beautiful, performant, adaptable product on both mobile and desktop.

Responsibilities
Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs for desktop, Android, and iOS from the ground up.
Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
Stay up to date on React and React Native best ---------- veloping and maintaining all server-side network components.
Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of ---------- signing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business ---------- veloping high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage ---------- nning diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development.
This position reports directly to the CTO.

Requirements

Must haves:
Deep understanding of React Native and its core principles
Experience with HTML/CSS, Javascript, React, and front-end frameworks
Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and node.js, web stacks, and server-side technologies.
Proficiency with native build tools
Experience in optimizing mobile app performance for users
Good command of English with sound written and oral communication skills

Bonus Points:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Web Design
Interest and experience in UI/UX design
Experience and/or interest in competitive athletics
