Phenix Health is a virtual health company delivering Telehealth to patients across Australia.

We are seeking somebody to really make our company brand and services known and sizzle. That somebody must love living and breathing Instagram, Facebook, Website blogs and LinkedIN.

The job

This is an in-house role so you will have our entire support of the team and have access to information on where our clients come from.

As part of the role, you will:

Plan and execute social advertising campaigns, in particular Facebook and Instagram
Develop copy and graphics and launch the creatives
Manage campaigns via Facebook Ads manager
Optimise campaign performance to smash ROAS and revenue goals out of the park
Track and report on results
Continually find ways to scale our revenue
Work with our client account managers to provide proactive advice and direction to clients
Work with Phenix Website and SEO tea ---------- mbers to integrate campaigns with broader marketing activity
This is a new role, created because of growth.

We're looking for:

Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads manager
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager
Knowledge of Facebook funnels across ---------- and lead gen
Runs on the board delivering epic results
Master of interpreting Facebook Ad metrics, Google Analytics and sales data
Experience setting up and troubleshooting Facebook Pixels, Facebook Shops, Facebook ---------- , Conversion Events, Domain Verification
Strong understanding of the digital landscape
And a strong command of English content writing
