Telemarketing / Sales / Cold Calling

We are a fast growing background check company and need to hire full and part time permanent sales positions. Candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a business development executive were he/she will be able to earn a 24 month residual commissions on all deals closed.

Hours:
USA - Monday – Friday 8:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST

Qualified individuals must have:
? Reliable PC + High Speed Internet
? Headset Microphone for PC
? 2+ Years sales/customer service/cold calling experience
? Experience using a CRM
? Coachable, highly motivated and driven to succeed
? Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
? Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
? Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
? Persistent and results-oriented
? Patient and able to handle customer rejection

Responsibilities:
? Cold call people using a provided list of prospective clientele
? Answer incoming calls from potential customers
? Use scripts to provide information about service features, prices etc. and present their benefits
? Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
? Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our services meet their needs
? Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
? Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
? Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
