Customer service

We are a startup delivery business on demand serving a local city in california, USA. We are looking for someone with customer service experience, responding to emails and phone calls promptly, professionally and courteously, addressing clients, customers and/or drivers need. Other assignments as needed.

This is a full-time virtual customer service position.

Prefer experience working for other on demand delivery business.
