JOB OVERVIEW

THE ROLE

I am looking for a skilled Social Media Marketing MANAGER to support us and help grow our UK-based business. Qualified candidates must have strong attention to detail, be able to meet deadlines, have strong computer skills, communicate effectively, take initiative and be adaptable to change.

Ideally, I am looking for a candidate with at least two years of experience. Possession of a bachelor’s degree or higher is highly preferred. Someone who is self-motivated and an accurate but fast worker. The individual needs to be professional and reliable and have a ‘Can Do Attitude’!

My company provides training on the specific role requirements and standard operating procedures. The initial role will require more than 20 hours per week and will carry a probationary period.

You will be involved in assisting with social media marketing management, and ad-hoc tasks for our company. There will be instructional videos to watch to show you how we work.


ROLE DUTIES

1. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to create/publish/manage engaging content for a company's social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.
2. Manage company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms
3. Schedule company posts across all social media platforms
4. Create and schedule weekly posts – brand focused with content and images related to the business using design software
5. Monitor and reply to likes/comments across all social media platforms
6. Respond or forward messages across all social media platforms
7. Like comments and visit followers page/profiles and like pictures/posts to improve engagement
8. Invite people to like our social media pages/platforms
9. Invite subscribers to channel

---------- e company timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
12. Update company social media FAQ document to continue to build a knowledge base of questions and answers for team use
13. Create, amend, and monitor social media adverts.
14. Create and schedule flows, broadcasts, and sequences within ManyChat
15. Liaise with copy writers for creation of content – short and long form posts
16. Create, post and send monthly blog posts/newsletters
17. Refer people to social media platforms and blog posts
18. Conduct web research/competitor analysis for content posts
19. Gather popular content/posts from competitor social media platforms
20. Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
21. Maintain up to date record of key/relevant hashtags, key words and phrases for all social media platforms
22. Keep business information up to date across all social media platforms
23. Works with sales and marketing manager to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy
24. Create Operation Manuals for new processes and task templates.


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

2. Experience with administrative work
3. You have the ability to learn & use new software & tools quickly
4. You have the ability to research / find / implement information you don’t know
5. You are dynamic and a self-starter
6. You speak, read and write English fluently
7. You possess good time management and organisational skills
8. You are an expert at building and using spreadsheets
9. You can take clear directions and implement within the agreed timeline
10. You like a fast-moving environment with multiple deadlines
11. You like working on your own
12. You are reliable, trustworthy and loyal
13. You are able to work five days a week and during UK hours, if required (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK)
14. You must be available to start immediately
15. You must have a valid government ---------- WORK & SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

1. Computer specs:
Max Computer Age: 3 years
Processor - i5 or higher
RAM - 8 GB or higher
2. A fast and stable internet connection (at least 10 MBPS) and with a back-up internet (e.g. pocket wifi)
3. Noise-canceling headphones
4. Web camera
5. Zoom for video calls
6. Quiet and professional workstation


PAY AND BENEFITS

1. Pay rate: 260 to 280 PHP per hour, paid every two weeks via PayPal or Wise
