Lead Manager

Our US Partner is looking for a Sales Lead Manager!

Job Tasks:
Lead Management:
Manage, nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities;
Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate lead opportunities;
Assess and analyze a prospects current process and requirements;
Maintain well organized, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and activity reports

Required Skills:
Has highly developed interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer service-oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude.
Conscientious, hard-working, and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.

Rate and Compensation:
Competitive salary of $6/hour plus bonuses and commissions
No time tracking software to be used
Start with a 5-hour workday from 5:00 AM PHT to 10:00 AM PHT
