Full Job Description

Role: eLearning Developer

Summary: The BIM Corporation is hiring an experienced eLearning Developer who will be responsible for the development of custom eLearning courses for corporate sector clients. The eLearning Developer will interact with The BIM Corporation team members and external client partners to ensure that training achieves the desired learning outcomes.

Responsibilities: The eLearning Developer will:

-Use designated authoring tool to develop assigned courses within the overall curriculums

-Build effective working relationships with Lead Instructional Designer to efficiently gather content and feedback

-Conduct interim and final reviews of courses, analyze feedback with the Lead Instructional Designer, and adjust as needed

-Use effective time management to ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables

Required Skills & Experience:

-3 or more years of relevant experience; Work experience in the corporate sector is preferred.

-Experience using elearning development tools and MUST be able to show examples of work output demonstrating effective, engaging training

-Demonstrated skill of succinct communication

-Ability to work independently or in a team environment

-Intellectual agility and willingness to learn and adopt new approaches and models
