Seeking a skilled Customer Care associate to answer and manage Amazon customers for our clients.
Must possess
-A high level of English grammar, written, spoken, and comprehension.
-Ability to problem-solve, think through issues, and research.
-Ability to work well with a team.
Amazon experience is a plus but not required. Hours will initially be from 9a-6p EST US time (your overnight) and then negotiable for an earlier or later shift. Pay is on a biweekly basis. There is a 30 day trial period to determine if you are a good fit, afterwards, you will be invited to be full time officially which includes:
-10 days PTO/year
-Quarterly Profit Sharing
-SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig Benefits
