Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant with the goal of hiring full-time and becoming a core member of our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Hubspot Expert
o Quarantine List first responder
o Lead passer
o Bounced contact investigation
o Target and suppression list creator
o List clean up
o Workflows for cleanup, etc.

Health & Wellness Program Support
o Weekly Point Submission Forms
o Weekly Email Sent out
o Point reconciliation
o Meeting minutes
o Weekly Teams posts

MDF & Marketing Campaign Reporting
o Assist as needed with MDF & marketing campaign reporting and documentation

Help with email & action item management
o Email clean up
o Action Items & tasks added to Asana

Team Meetings
o Help to create meeting agendas
o Take meeting minutes
o Action items added to Asana

Partner Invoicing
o Help with invoicing partners for marketing activities
o Help to track MDF payments
o MDF reconciliation management – follow up on past due unpaid partner invoices

Marketing team goals reporting
o Assist with data management of the team goal tracking dashboard
o Update monthly

Marketing Follow Up
o Assist with internal & partner marketing follow up items as needed

Expense Management
o Help reconcile marketing expenses against budgets as needed
