Part-Time Admin Virtual Assistant with "Perfect" English Wanted: Work for a Great Team. Potential for a long term position

Hi there! I’m hiring a part-time admin virtual assistant to help me and the team to work on customer service (all email-based, no phone), administrative tasks, and creating systems for the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with social media platforms
Eagerness to learn new types of technology that automate tasks (we will provide training)
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google Suite)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Document admin procedures & then follow those procedures as needed
Manage social media accounts
Engage followers and inquiries
Organize our materials and media.
General admin tasks
10-15 hours per week

ABOUT COMPENSATION:

Pay weekly on Mondays
We pay bonuses for great work when the company does well
We give pay increases based on performance
