JOB OVERVIEW

Century21 Northwest Realty is looking for a well experienced Techie VA that will support and assist software systems.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced virtual assistant who will support and assist software systems. The ideal candidate should be tech savvy, proficient and can work well with the team. Must be an expert on the mentioned software below with more than 3 years of experience.


DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:
Below are the software systems that you will handle

1. PBX – Asterisk
Monitor all SIP Trunks
Monitor all Voicemail systems
Monitor and Manage all Ring Groups
Monitoring / Managing the Phone server (Asterisk) daily
Trouble shooting all VOIP problems quickly with trouble tickets

2. VOIP / SIP trunks
Ordering / Configuring new trunks and new DID’s
Returning / Configuring old trunks and old DID’s
Tracking Trunks and DIDs – using smartsheet
Monitoring / Managing the system daily
Trouble shooting all VOIP problems quickly with trouble tickets

3. ClickFunnels
Tracking our clickfunnels pages
Troubleshooting problems
Monitoring / Managing the system daily

4. Facebook Ads / Social Media savvy
Tracking / Managing all Facebook Ads
Troubleshooting problems
Monitoring / Managing the system daily

5. Stripe
Tracking Stripe transactions – making sure this is working correctly
Troubleshooting any problems that come up
Monitoring / Managing the system daily

6. Email troubleshooting – with O365
When Agents have trouble / errors / problems
Support our internal customers with email problems
Cell, Tablets, Laptops, Desktops – all of the above
Outlook Web Access
Outlook Stand alone Applications
All email clients / Softwares
Monitoring / Managing the system daily

7. Base Camp
Ticket tracking
Running the platform – making sure the system is running correctly
Our management is using / closing tickets
Tracking ticket closing times
Monitoring / Managing the system daily

8. Amazon AWS
Knows the basics of our AWS farm


REQUIREMENTS:

Must be willing to work from 9am-6pm PST or 12am-10am MNL
• Good with time management - meeting deadlines
• Strong administrative, communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and a good problem solver
• Strict attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 10mbps & up, PC/Laptop back up pc and internet connection, and USB headset
• Keen organizational skills
• People skills
• Record-keeping skills
