Marketing Agent Needed

We are in need of a FULL-TIME (9AM - 6PM CST) marketing agent to run our Facebook, social media, website & google. We are looking for someone who can HELP US RENT OUR PROPERTIES by coming up with creative marketing plans. We are a property management company based out of Texas and market out properties heavily on Facebook. We are requiring at least 2 years experience with facebook marketing (both through ads and group promotion). We need someone who is a hard worker, listens to directions & most importantly comes up with solutions which improve our current processes. Calling clients will be a part of the job so we need someone with good english skills.


For this role, a strong & stable Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like WhatsApp. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Requirements:
At least 2 years experience with Facebook Marketing
Must have a degree in Marketing
At least 3 years experience in Marketing
Good English Skills
Familiarity with GoogleMeet for Screen sharing, RingCentral and WhatsApp
Experience with GoogleDrive and Dropbox
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Must be proactive and able to work exclusively for us
Available to work 9AM CST to 6PM CST
