Ascend Digital Marketing is an agency that help business owners to strategize their business by providing them tried and tested tools and frameworks for the digital platforms, and we are familiar by doing Sales Funnel.
We are looking for Project Coordinator for our long-term agency clients that will be coordinating with the client for the journey of their project.
Work closely with the Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, and deliver communicative and quality service to clients during the project term
Improving and amending standard operating procedures to ease the support team’s workflow and improve customer experience
Understand the entire workflow for each project so that work can be completed within the specific timeframe
Responsibilities
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Build rapport & update clients on weekly progress and keep communication with clients tight
Manage the client’s Google Drive folder by following the file-tracking SOP
Suggest new implementation that will improve customer experiences and support team workflow
Develop a series of workflow steps or checklists for the team to execute on to ensure that nothing gets overlooked and enable the team to keep up to date with the progress
Check through all project work before submitting to client or launching the project
Results

Ensure the delivery of company products to clients
Everyone in the team understand their deliverables
Everyone in the team fully utilized Trello on their day-to-day tasks
Ensure project critical numbers are updated
Achieve the goals of each project launch
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step by step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Good knowledge with Gmail, Google Documents, Google Drive
Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
Excellent written and communication skills in English
Familiarity with customer experience and service procedures
Proficient with Trello, Clickfunnels, Canva (Optional, but good to have)
Diploma graduate or equivalent
