VIRTUAL ASSISTANT-DATA ENTRY/ORDER PROCESSING

THIS ROLE IS PART OF AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY AND PROVIDES ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT BY ENTERING DATA INTO THE COMPANY'S ORDER PROCESSING SYSTEM. THIS ROLE HAS A FOCUS ON DATA ENTRY AND GENERAL ADMINISTRATION.

Our company is a manufacturer of home improvement products based in Victoria, Australia. We have an existing Remote team and we are in the process of developing a larger hub of remote staff. This hub will include staff shared with other similar businesses from around Australia.

This role will work alongside our locally based Administration Team to -
- Upload PDF documents to Google Drive
- Review scanned documents and upload the details into the Company's Order Processing System and ensure all added data is ---------- sential skills:
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Accurate data entry
Proven experience developing effective administrative processes
Proficient with Google Apps such as Google Sheets and Gmail
Ability to problem solve
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise & meet deadlines

Work Environment:

We will provide office equipment where necessary
The team will be expected to work from 8:30am Central Australian Time / 7:00am Philippines
The team works Monday - Friday and has holidays on Australian Public Holidays
