About the role
We need a highly tech-savvy virtual assistant to help us with the administrative parts of an advertising agency.
You will be assisting the management team and working alongside our production team to support clients with their tech issues & assist in day-to-day administrative work.

Responsibilities:
> Troubleshoot tech issues in the CRM.
> Manage client tickets or requests and flag the team for any urgent problems.
> Help build & fill FAQ page with troubleshooting steps for repetitive tech issues.
> Generate and update reports in spreadsheets.
> Setup accounts for new clients (step-by-step instructions provided).
> Setup & manage email & SMS campaigns in the CRM.
> Help implement updates & changes across all client accounts.

Skills & Competencies
> Highly tech savvy - not intimidated by & can quickly navigate new tech & platforms
> Trainable - someone who is willing to climb up a steep learning curve!
> Skilled with spreadsheets and/or excel formula & formatting
> Must have experience using CRMs (e.g. GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) - bonus if you know GoHighLevel and Zapier
> Can work in a Project Management platform - bonus if you’ve worked with Asana
> English skills - can communicate well and understand feedback from clients to spot issues

Soft Skills:
> Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks (provide work experience & tasks)
> Proactive & resourceful - must be willing to research solutions to problems
> Conscientious - can follow procedures and systems closely without errors
> Time management - 100% of deadlines are met (deadlines are mutually agreed upon by you & manager depending on capacity).
> Communication - can respond and act fairly quickly on tasks during business hours

Hours & Rate
This is a part-time position, starting with 10-20 hours per week moving to 40 hours a week within 3 months.
The rate is AU$10/hour for the right person, with experience.
