Assistant Buyer (Cold calls/Data entry)

NG Inc is an e-commerce/distribution company based out of Brisbane, California. We are looking for a Full Time Virtual Assistant for the position of Assistant Buyer.

We are experienced with virtual assistants (25 currently on staff) for many years and are looking for people that can be with us for the long term. We are always looking to groom our VA into VA managers in their respective departments.

Your initial functions will be cold-calling (80%), data entry(10%), and processing inbound emails (10%) .

Requirements:
Your work hours will be any 8hrs between (11pm to 7am) Monday through Friday (manila time)
2mb+ speed of internet
1 years+ work experience
Great w/ high volume calls (100+/day)
Great attention to detail
Excellent in English speaking, reading and writing
Experience with phone calls and customer service preferred
The Pay is 16000-20000 php/month (depending on your skill level)
*Our hiring process is much faster than most. (less than 1 week to hire)
Our process: We’ll hire you based on your online test, interview results and 2 days (8 hours per day) trial phase for this position. The trial period is to determine if you’ll be a good fit with us in regards to your skill level. (if your resume matches with your skill level, you’ll fit just fine)

An automatic training cancellation will occur if you fail to attend both full days (8 hours per day) of training.
