HR-BP (Human Resource Business Partner)

- Work from home set-up (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
- With laptop and cellphone for communication
- With at least 2 years of work experience in recruitment
- Can speak and write the English language
- Assist to establish and improve the company's human resources system construction
- Generate leads, screen resumes, and recommend candidates
- Conduct interviews and follow up with the whole onboarding process
- Develop and maintain employment relationships
- Assess and manage employee performance routinely
