We are looking for a Technical Recruitment expert to join Experience Digital and help us find the right people to grow our team.
The role includes sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
You will network online with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best possible people for our roles.
Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help us engage and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
Responsibilities
Write and post technical job descriptions online
Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like LinkedIn and Onlinejobs.ph
Perform pre-screening calls to analyse an applicants’ suitability and skillset
Assist in the interviewing of candidates
Coordinate with the company to forecast department goals and hiring needs
Participate in technical conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
Promote Experience Digital’s reputation as a great place to work
Requirements
Proven work experience in Technical Recruitment – minimum 2 years
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruitment and profile search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
