I'm looking for a creative graphic designer for YouTube Thumbnails

This job has got a lot of chance for growth and promotions too :)

you MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE with YouTube thumbnails to apply for this job.

With youtube its important to know what people will click on.

Knowing how thumbnails work for clickbait, and how to have a subject line different to the thumbnail etc
