- Communicate with customer via email, phone and / or virtually in order to discuss various plumbing / drain cleaning / sewer or water service concerns.
- Provide solutions and options to their concerns, prepare and present proposals.
- Navigate various software programs, work with team to schedule appointments and problem solve.
- Able to work on eastern time zone.
- Strong command of the English language, written and verbal.
- Must be good listener, result oriented, take charge under pressure and make decision in a timely manner.
- Plumbing knowledge is necessary.
