The Company is a leading fashion, accessories and home decor high-quality retail store with a solid online presence and a growing global distribution network.
We seek a driven, detail-oriented, highly creative senior Digital Content, Advertising and Social Media professional to coordinate the brand and products online exposure.
The core responsibilities of the role will include:
Online Exposure Coordinaiton:
• Ownership and delivery of the Company digital marketing program as part of the in-house team.
• Creation and management of the top-level digital/traditional marketing plan, emphasising revenue generation.
• Creation and management of advertising and sales content in collaborating with the marketing plan.
• Creating, managing, and running
• Analysing advertisement data and adjusting budget/content in line with the trends.
• Conducting detailed market research hone the Company target Customer personas for the Company brands and target markets
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to produce digital and traditional marketing strategies and collateral aligned with the broader business direction.
• Managing weekly sales promotions for stores and coordinating marketing efforts in conjunction with store owners.
• Manage multiple social media accounts to increase engagement, following and traffic to the website.
• Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
• Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and revenue
Digital Advertising:
• Create, run and manage Paid Ads on
• Plan, create and manage regular
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Identify trends and insights and optimise spending and performance based on the insights
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Create Digital Content:
• Content creation for Company'smarketing channels, using graphic design, photography, videography and/or copywriting skills
• Blog ideation and content management: Write blogs/articles for the website and the Company social media accounts
• Administrative support and weekly marketing reporting and data analytics
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database,
• Monitoring SEO, user engagement, and content optimisation
Social Media Management:
• Developing, implementing, and managing the social media calendar & strategy
• Creating, editing, and sharing engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
• Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Writing excellent copy for social posts and blogs that communicate the Company brands to followers while responding to queries and customer reviews promptly
• Attending external events as needed
• Developing engagement through
• Design, build and maintain the Company social media presence
• Managing the daily content plan across Instagram,
• Creating content for Instagram Stories, Reels and other channels
• Posting on all social media handles during the days, evenings, and weekends
• Coordinating collaboration/co-branded competitions, including target brand identification and execution of all elements
• Respond to all comments and DMs to create and build engagement;
Public Relations:
• Identifying and communicating with appropriate influencers and partners and coordinating product and media collateral send-outs
• Effectively managing sample send-outs each season, seeking to maximise media coverage and build critical relationships with stylists and media;
• Drafting and distributing media releases
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• Experience in Paid Ads on
• Experience managing regular
• Social media: 3 years (Preferred)
• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database,
• Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Must have extensive knowledge of computers and document management software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Squarespace, CRM, CTUIT, Google Drive, Campaign Monitor, Klaviyo, Sprout Social
