Virtual Accountant

Due to business growth, an opportunity exists for a Virtual Accountant.
This role presents an opportunity to work with a range of businesses and on a variety of projects.

The Role:
Assist with taxation planning, ATO & SRO portal
Prepare Tax Returns/BAS/FS/Superannuation / PAYG and regular compliance work
Preparation of management reports
Weekly Payroll and monthly reporting
Financial and Annual Accounts Preparation
Balance sheet and bank account reconciliations
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and communication skills, as you will be expected to write numerous emails daily to clients
Able to prepare monthly entries and supporting schedules and provide monthly reconciliations of bank/accounting records
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Highly skilled in the use of MS Office especially in MS Excel
Ability to follow correct accounting principles and procedures for tasks when given to you
An enthusiastic attitude and strong attention to detail.


Requirements:
Philippine-based Certified Public Accountant
Minimum of 2-3 years Australian experience working in the same or similar role
Xero XPM & MYOB with a minimum of 2 years experience
