SCHEDULE: Permanent Dayshift, Weekends off
SALARY: Basic salary of $300 and up plus performance bonuses and allowances (P15,000+ paid through Payoneer)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Develop processes and maintain channels for recruitment and manpower
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for vacancies
- Oversee and conduct whole onboarding process
- Monitor, track, and update candidate records and reports
- Develop retention strategies
- Maintain employment relationship and healthy working environment
- Liaise with key business partners to forecast organization goals and hiring needs.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 2 years in College or above
- At least 1 year of HR Recruiting experience or above
- Tech-savvy and a team player
- Enthusiastic, proactive, innovative, and has accountability
- Results-driven, and can work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Above average written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred but not required:

- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- RPO or Telecommunications work experience
- Can communicate in Chinese
