Digital Illustrators Required

I am looking for super creative Digital Illustrators.

We're looking for artists that use Photoshop or Illustrator to create Digital Works of art mostly based on Portraits.

I need someone to work on a contract basis creating images like these from photos we provide. Eventually this will lead to full time work if you want it but freelance is fine.
