My name is Hernan Vazquez and I am a serial entrepreneur. I'm the founder of Vazquez Marketing, advisor, and investor. My specialty is customer acquisition via paid advertising. Previous to my own agency, I was marketing director for Frank Kern and Grant Cardone. We are getting ready to scale our agency and looking for a rockstar Account Manager to join us.
I’m looking for an experienced account manager who can help take care of our clients and take the bulk of the day to day client communication off of my plate.
I'm looking for someone with experience who can jump in to add value right away. Currently I’m spending a lot of my time for the account management role which is NOT my sweet spot. So I’m looking for someone (you) to replace me so I can spend more of my time bringing in new clients (there is a LOT of interest) and on the high level client strategies. Which is where I can add the most value to skyrocket our growth.
The vision for this role is for you to be able to keep our clients happy. Keep them updated on their projects, resolve any issues and possibly upsell them to other services when possible. We want to go above and beyond in service of our clients. So looking for you to come in to keep them happy so they stay with our agency for the long term.
This is a BIG OPPORTUNITY to get in with a fast growing premier media buying agency. So I’m looking for a true A player that can excel at taking care of our clients. We also want someone who is invested and someone who can create strong relationships with the clients and represent us in a professional way.
I am looking for someone who is an amazing communicator, detail-oriented, takes initiative, experienced, ‘people person’ and invested in continuous learning and growth.

To succeed, you will have the following skills & competencies:
- Experience with Account Management
- VERY strong communication skills
- VERY strong organizational skills
- CARES DEEPLY about delivering for our clients and having an impact both personally and professionally
- Takes initiative to solve problems BEFORE asked
- Experience with digital marketing is a plus but not required
Your main responsibilities would include:
- Be the primary point of contact with customers
- Responsible for onboarding and integrating new clients and developing existing client relationships
- Responsible for delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Help clients through
- Communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
- Update Project Manager on all clients call ( strategy calls, new clients onboarding call, etc)
- Write the summary call report and share it with the Project Manager (PM will share it further)
- Update the Project Manager on any changes that client requests
- Create a Loom video with a weekly report
- Add weekly update at Master Document
- Compile all information and assets we need from the client
Our agency is getting ready to SCALE. We have aggressive and exciting growth plans. That are already in the works. We are onboarding 3+ accounts a month without even really ‘starting’ our own sales/marketing.
This is a rocketship and the next missing piece to allow us to reachout potential is YOU.

Our budget for this role is between $1500 - $3500/month depending on your experience and what you bring to the table. With further upside as the business continues to scale.
We may want to start you off hourly to get familiar with the business and onboard you. But the vision for this role will be full time.
Most of our current team is based in S America. So it’s preferred if you are in S America or at least similar time zones.
I am happy to pay for quality as long as we get results. Looking for someone who is results driven and eager to make a big impact with an exciting business.
