Customer Success Management:
- Oversee customer support for multiple brands (text-based through social media, email, and sales platform)

Influencer Marketing Project Management:
- Facilitate end-to-end operations for influencer campaigns from batch building, communication, and content performance monitoring to meet monthly goals
- Develop workflow protocols ensuring timely delivery/confirmation of influencers' deliverables, contracts, and payments
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable key insights and recommendations
- Develop long term strategy on how to better leverage influencer marketing as an acquisition channel
- Stay on top of industry trends, latest Influencer/social media advancements and relevant campaigns
