The Senior Software Engineer role is to produce and implement functional software solutions. You will work with the upper management and IT Department head to define software requirements and take the lead on operational and technical ---------- this role, you should be able to work independently with little supervision. Better to have excellent organization and problem-solving skills.

One of your goals will be to develop high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

-Manage and lead a group of software engineers
-Perform code reviews
-Maintaining and troubleshooting existing web applications.
-Creating back-end components.
-Develop and maintain APIs.
-Integrating user-facing elements designed by the front-end team.
-Improve and maintain applications after deployment
-Identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs.

Required Skills:

-Web server side: Ruby on Rails
-Web front end: JavaScript, CSS, styled-components

Requirements

-Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
-Preferably has 5 - 6 years of working experience in using ruby on rails/related field
-Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer
-Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
-Ability to work independently
