Airbnb customer service $5hr- Fulltime

We are looking for Full-time Virtual Guest Services Professionals to join our Chicago-based Property Management Company.

Airbnb experience and/or similar/related function in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.

Tasks involve:

- handle bookings
- communicate with and help guests before, during and after their stay
- resolve issues
- create listings on Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO and other channels/OTAs
- schedule room cleanings, maintenance, repairs, laundry services, etc.
- update and streamline processes
- other ad hoc tasks

Technical requirements:
Has stable and fast internet connection

There's a 2-week to 1 month trial period. Salary starts from USD 4 an hour. After 3 months, you will be eligible to a salary increase to $5Hr plus potential bonus
