Appointment Setter Job Description for Remote Worker

***VERY HIGH PAYING JOB!***

Hi! I'm looking for a skilled appointment setter for my solar company. We use Automate to contact our leads. We receive about 2-3 leads per day for people that want to do our solar program.

Your job will be to make calls on the dialer and set appointments. We have a very good script and I will be personally training you every day. You'll need to be available for 8 hours per day to make calls. These are not cold calls, all of these leads are warm leads that fill out our Facebook ads.


This is a very high paying job, hourly + commission based. You'll get paid hourly and you'll get commission money every time an appointment you set shows up. Our reps on average make 2-3x similar jobs because of our commission structure.

The average rep for this job can make upwards of $100-$200 per 8 hour shift.

THE MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT IS THAT YOU HAVE A REALLY GOOD AMERICAN ACCENT AND SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH.

Here's the requirements:

- FLUENT in English
- Call center experience
- Hard worker
- Looking for LONG TERM work
- 6-8 hours a day minimum, (we have different shifts starting 8 am Eastern Time to 7pm Eastern Time)
- You must be very willing to learn and love commissions

These aren't requirements but I would very much like this:

- You have experience with setting appointments
- You have experience in solar

PART 1: GREETING + HOOK

Hi John! This is Smith with Spartan Energy on a recorded line. How’s it going?

Great! I’m calling because you filled out an application to see if your property at ADDRESS qualifies for our zero cost out of pocket solar program. Is that correct?

Great! How long have you been looking into going solar?

Excellent. Well I do see that you’ve been pre-approved for our solar program and also a based on the application you submitted- so I just have a few questions for you.

Are you the homeowner?

Awesome now are you the only one on title or do you have someone else on there with you?

Great and what would you say is the average cost of your electricity bill you’ve seen in the last 12 months?

And would you say anyone in your home has a credit score of 640 or above?
