Marketing Project Manager

Looking for a Marketing Project Manager who has a passion for online marketing! I'm a Filipina American who runs a business teaching copywriting to other creative entrepreneurs, and I need a lot of help with implementation and execution.

Ideally need someone who has 1.5-2+ years of experience and is already familiar with tools like Canva, ConvertKit, LeadPages.

I look for someone who is curious, hungry, resourceful, proactive, and most importantly--reliable.

Clear and consistent communication is a must!

Some things I need help with:

- Launch and sales event project management--setting up the systems and moving pieces for a sales event including the webinar (or whatever sales vehicle we're using), email follow-ups, content promotion
- Scheduling and posting content in Instagram and ConvertKit
- Designing IG graphics using Canva templates (and sometimes it's just a picture of me)
- Researching podcasts to be a guest on
- Drafting up podcast pitches (I have a course for this if they need training--it's totally learnable)
- Creating landing pages and integrating with ConvertKit as necessary
- Live event support managing Q&A chat (optional but not necessary)
